Guest Check-In FAQ
Ø What time is check in? Check in begins at 4PM
ØWhat will I need to provide at check in? You will need to have a valid Driver's License and credit card matching the reservatio bn at check in. You will also be required to provide your car make/model and license plate number to register your vehicle.
Ø How do I know hotel room is clean? Our housekeeping room protocol begins with removing all used items from the room such as bedding and towels. A full clean of the room and bathroom including vacuuming (carpeted rooms), mopping floors and wiping down all surfaces with disinfectants.
Ø Is breakfast included? A continental breakfast is served from 7-10 am daily.
Ø Ø Pool The pool is open from 10 am to 10 pm daily for guests of the John Yancey Inn. No glass, smoking or pets are allowed in the pool area.
Ø Housekeeping; what’s changed? We no longer offer daily stay-over cleans to limit person-to-person contact - we do offer daily "trash & towels" on request. To schedule housekeeping services, simply call or stop in at the front desk. We are requesting a one day notice to schedule services. Additional amenities such as linens and toiletries are available upon request.
Ø Elevator Our elevator is located in our Four Seasons Building. The Main Building, Easy Beach Acces and the Sea Building guest rooms do not have elevator access.
