WiFi— Internet is available and free of charge. Please select the “JOHNYANCEY1” network. The password is 2524417141 (no spaces, no dashes).
Continental Breakfast Start your day at the Sunrise Café! Enjoy our complimentary continental breakfast, located in our main building, opposite of poolside front lobby entrance. The selections will include: Pastries, Bread, Bagels, Jams and Spreads, Cereal w/ milk, Yogurt, Oatmeal, Apples, Oranges, Bananas, Hot Waffles, Orange Juice, Coffee, Hot Tea, and Hot Chocolate.
Housekeeping/ Trash & Towels. Housekeeping service is available daily. If you wish to decline housekeeping services during any day of your stay, place the 'Do Not Disturb' sign on your door handle. Towels, bed linens, and amenities are available at our front desk, or you may request delivery to your room. Contact the front desk to schedule housekeeping services for a specific day and time; the service schedule is between 9 - 3 PM. We ask that you allow a day’s notice for your request to be scheduled for the following day. Ice & Vending :
Four Seasons Building ice machine, vending machine and water hydration station (bottle filling) is located on the back of first floor at the south side beach access.
· Main Building/Sea Building ice machine is located in the oceanfront Sea Building on the first floor. Just off the dune deck. Vending Machine & Card Operated Guest Laundry are located in the Breezeway of our Main Building. We do not supply laundry detergent or fabric softener.
Bags of ice can be purchased at the front desk for $4 per bag for your coolers. ***DO NOT FILL COOLERS FROM ICE VENDING MACHINES—FOR IN-ROOM ICE BUCKETS ONLY!***
TV—The cable channel guide is available on channel 10. The streaming services on the Smart TV will require your user logins to access accounts. Be sure to log out before checking out. Use the INPUT button to change from TV/Cable to Streaming services.
Quiet Hours are from 10PM to 7AM.
Trash—Trash receptacles are located near the exits and dumpsters at the far south end of the property. Please dispose of broken beach equipment (e.g., chairs, umbrellas, body boards, etc.) in the dumpsters and not on the dune deck or other common area trash receptacles. High winds can cause objects to become projectile and result in injury.
Smoking— Our Hotel is smoke-free!
Smoking of ANY kind is prohibited in rooms, on balconies and in all common hallways. If you are smoking we ask that you are considerate of all other guests and their space and use designated smoking areas. Please extinguish in the appropriate smoker’s urns and not on the grounds.
SMOKING/VAPING in the room WILL CAUSE THE GENERAL FIRE ALARM TO SOUND (minimum fine $350).
